JagPos takes an aggressive pro-active stand on support. Many times we will know you have possible issues that need attention before you do. This is done by daily monitoring of your hardware and software performance . All updates to Dinerware and Windows XP will be done by us during the hours you are closed. We also check for any Windows conflicts and signs that activity on your system could compromise it's integrity.


Technical Support Plans for Dinerware Users

  • 1 Month unlimited Phone / Remote support $199
  • 3 Month unlimited Phone / Remote support $299
  • 6 Month unlimited Phone / Remote support $399
  • 12 Month unlimited Phone / Remote support $649

  • All new purchases come with 90 days technical support. (Extra Onsite support is not included)

Hourly Support

  • Dinerware related: Phone & Remote support $69 an hour
  • Non-Dinerware related : Phone & Remote support $89 an hour
  • Onsite support: $120.00 first hour and $89 per additional hour
  • Scheduled onsite for Training, menu building or other needs:
    $89 an hour or 4 hours for $240 per session.


Support plans cover issues related to Dinerware and your POS system. It is not meant for helping with general
task preformed by your employees. If you require a full IT support plan then contact us.
